All our homes come with a 10 year structural warranty to protect you, the homeowner. An external warranty provider will provide their years of expertise in surveying, construction methods and claims, meaning that we can ensure quality in construction. 

When you move into your new home, you will receive information from your warranty provider on how to look after your new home.
